A. Primary Purposes (Necessary for the legal relationship):
- Verify and confirm your identity.
- Manage the commercial, contractual, or professional relationship between the Holder and the Responsible Party.
- Provide the requested products or services.
- Carry out the billing and collection process.
- Address support requests, complaints, or clarifications.
- Comply with legal obligations and requirements from competent authorities.
B. Secondary Purposes (Non-essential):
- Sending advertising information, newsletters, and promotions.
- Conducting satisfaction surveys and quality evaluations of our products/services.

Mechanism to express refusal of secondary purposes:

Procedure for Exercising ARCO Rights:

- Full name of the holder and documents accrediting their identity.
- Clear description of the data with respect to which they wish to exercise their rights.
- Any other element that facilitates the location of the data.
2. Response Deadlines and Means:
- The Responsible Party will communicate the determination within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days.
- If applicable, it will become effective within the following 15 (fifteen) business days.
- The response will be notified through the email provided by the holder.
Procedure for Revocation of Consent:
1. Request Requirements: You must send an email to admin@rsunion.com with the subject "Revocation of Consent", including:
- Holder's name and scanned official identification.
- Specification of whether the revocation is total (for all purposes) or partial (only for secondary purposes).
2. Response Deadlines: The Responsible Party will address your request and inform you of its admissibility within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, through the same means by which the request was received.
3. Consequences of Revocation:
- Secondary Purposes: If you revoke your consent for marketing or prospecting purposes, you will stop receiving our advertising communications, without this affecting the contracted services or products.
- Primary Purposes: You acknowledge that the revocation of your consent for primary (necessary) purposes will imply, in most cases, the impossibility for the Responsible Party to continue providing the requested service or the immediate termination of the legal relationship between both parties, without liability for the Responsible Party, since such data is essential for the fulfillment of the contract or the provision of the service.
6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
